We make no warranties regarding the objective truth of submissions. Users must apply critical skepticism to all intelligence presented on this terminal.
02. Neural Processing Notice
Internal AI systems [ECHO & ORION] generate synthesized reports and interpretive scripts. These outputs are automated pattern-matching reflections, not factual declarations.
Interpretation of AI-generated intel is done at the user's own risk. We disclaim liability for any theoretical or direct consequences of this data.

05. Commemorative NFTs & Royalties
All on-chain assets minted by Gateway Observatory — including Commemorative (LGGO) and Evidence (GOEV) NFTs — are digital art commemorating documented activity within the Anomaly Intelligence Lab. They are cultural-archive artifacts of the era when UAP sightings became globally observable.
These assets are not investments, securities, or financial instruments. No representation is made as to present or future resale value. Secondary-market trading on third-party marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea) is undertaken at the holder's sole discretion and risk.
On-chain royalties from secondary sales are routed to the SanctuaryTreasury and distributed as collaborative-artwork compensation to identified contributors. This is contributor compensation, not investor yield. See Terms §09 and §13 for full detail.
06. Wallet & Blockchain Risk
Embedded wallets are custodied by Privy. On-chain transactions occur on Polygon PoS Mainnet (Chain ID 137) and are public, permanent, and irreversible. Gateway Observatory does not hold operative private keys. Network outages, gas-fee volatility, fork events, marketplace failures, and third-party wallet provider downtime are outside our control.
